Hayden Christian and Eric, the service technicians, were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient—they made the whole process seamless. A big shoutout to Tina in customer care, who was incredibly helpful, ensuring a smooth scheduling process, making recommendations for temporary solutions until the technician arrived (within an hour). It’s rare to find a company that combines excellent service with such genuine care for their customers. Highly recommend!

Dan was just at our house doing maintenance on our furnace and did a great job and was very professional. He fixed a couple of things that were leaking and showed us everything we needed to know. I waited a long time to find out why when I opened the inside valve water gushed down the inside wall and not to the outside faucet. I suspected a burst pipe which was the fault of the previous owners had not shut off the water properly. It requires leaving the outside open and shutting the inside closed. Simply turn it off at the outside faucet leaving water in the line. This is recipe for disaster in Minnesota. Within three days Christian was out and found two areas with burst pipe in the line. He corrected the problem changed the slope. Even showed me where the bleed valve on the inside shut was to further evacuate water during the winter shutdown. Professional. I could not be happier with the results. I took the recommended steps a layer of insulation behind the pipe and one in front. I Installed new sheet rock

Im in the process of purchasing a home and needed a really fast and affordable inspection of the sewer line in the basement. B & D has always been my go to for mechanical needs but they hit ion out of the park with stellar customer service. Emily is outstanding! Her dad joke game is on point as well. Way to go B & D. World class as usual.

Aaron replaced our garbage disposal today. Everything went well. He was friendly and knows his plumbing very well. While there he was able to tighten a loose nut on a drain that had a slow leak. I feel very comfortable working with all the folks at B&D. The service manager Eric has also been great to work with.

B&d plumbing and heating replaced our furnace and air conditioning units in just a few hours. Their technicians Alex and Todd were very knowledgeable about what they were doing and very pleasant to deal with everything was very nicely cleaned up when the project was done

Isaak from B & D plumbing is the best plumber we’ve ever found! We had some weird clunking in our basement from a pipe that was rubbing on our framing and Isaak was the only one willing to investigate it. And he figured it out! He completed the work in a timely fashion, and cleaned up really well after cutting a small hole in our closet and cutting out a piece of 2 x 4 that was causing the clunking. He was courteous, answered my questions without judgement, and came with an apprentice who helped so I didn’t have to run up and down the stairs to turn the water on. You’d think anyone coming into your home to do a job should be like this, but they are not! These two were both fantastic! I truly can’t say enough great things about this company. They followed up after their first diagnostic visit to make sure that we had the cartridge we needed for our shower and then they scheduled the second service call. I didn’t have to reach out to them! Amazing service all around. Showed up on time and got the job done! They are now saved in my phone as “my plumber.”
